1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DhikrWall ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Use of the App

DhikrWall is an Islamic wallpaper and daily dhikr app for iPhone. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with its intended use. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the App in any way that violates applicable law or these terms.

3. Subscriptions (Premium Features)

Some features are offered as a paid subscription. This section explains how subscriptions work so you can make an informed choice.

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
  • Free trials: If we offer a free trial, you may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period ends, in line with the subscription terms shown in the App and in the App Store.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices with notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Price changes will not apply to the current period already paid.

4. Payment Processing & RevenueCat

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements and restore purchases. RevenueCat's use of data is governed by their privacy policy. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's applicable payment terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including design, text, and branding, is owned by DhikrWall (or its licensors). You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App. Islamic content (e.g. verses, dhikr) is used with respect to their traditional and religious context; our arrangement and presentation are our intellectual property.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Prayer times and similar content are for general guidance; users are responsible for verifying religious obligations. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
